Azure DevOps Server 2022 Update 2 RC now available

## Release Highlights  
- **Limits for area and iteration paths:** Introducing boundaries for area and iteration paths to better organize and track work.
- **Bypass approvals and checks in pipelines:** Streamlining pipeline processes by allowing bypassing of approvals and checks when necessary.
- **Improved YAML validation:** Enhancing YAML validation for smoother pipeline configuration.
- **Azure Artifacts support for Cargo Crates:** Adding support for Cargo Crates in Azure Artifacts to manage dependencies more efficiently.
- **New Dashboard directory experience:** Redesigning the Dashboard directory for a more intuitive and user-friendly experience.
- **Quick Copy and import for Test Plan or Suite ID:** Providing a faster way to copy and import Test Plan or Suite IDs for testing purposes.
