  • Model selections are sticky, meaning the chosen model stays selected across threads for a smoother workflow.

Usage management and billing updates

  • Updates have been made to help users stay in control with GitHub’s new billing model.

  • A new Copilot Consumptions panel has been added to help users monitor their usage, allowing them to track premium requests used across chat, inline suggestions, and more.
