How to handle Figma’s “missing fonts” warning

thumbnail

Figma's "missing fonts" warning can be handled by installing the missing font and reopening Figma. If you don't want the font, you can choose a replacement font from the modal. If you're using Figma Web, make sure to install the Figma font installer to access locally installed fonts. To ensure everyone has the correct version of a font, upload it to your Figma organization. If Google web fonts have missing weights, delete the font from your organization or uninstall it from your computer. If Adobe fonts are not appearing, install them through Adobe Creative Cloud. When importing from Sketch, be prepared for potential missing fonts and take precautions like installing the Figma font installer and uploading non-Google web fonts to your organization.
