    • Enhanced App Validation feature: Teams Toolkit now helps identify errors or warnings in app packages and provides guidelines for resolution.

    • Generate Intelligent Chatbot with Python: You can now build intelligent chatbots using Python with Teams Toolkit, expanding your AI-driven application capabilities.

    • Create Declarative Copilots: Teams Toolkit allows you to create declarative copilots by declaring instructions, actions, and knowledge to customize Copilot for Microsoft 365.

    • Assistant API on Azure OpenAI Service: The AI Agent (Python) app template now supports the Assistant API on Azure OpenAI Service, enabling the creation of AI Agents for Microsoft 365 using Python.

    • Enhancements: Scaffold app templates will be continually updated to meet the latest Teams Store validation guidelines, starting with bot templates.

    • Bug Fixes:

      • Fixed vulnerability issues in TeamsFx SDK (#11973).
      • Resolved compatibility issues with groupchat and groupChat in Teams app manifest (#12028).
      • Fixed incorrect link redirection for the lifecycle button Provision (#12120).
      • Addressed publicClientApplication initialization failure in TeamsFx SDK (#12173).
